Senior Relationship Manager
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of related work experience
Must have good track record on credit, credit structuring, credit policies, transactional procedures, and product features
With working knowledge on regulator aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation
With solid experience in developing and maintaining business relationship with clients.
Needs analysis and solutions matching skills
Must be outgoing and have the passion for customer service
Job Schedule:
Full-time; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
At least 2 Saturdays in a month for Seminars, Trainings, and Workshops
Job Description:
Solicits, reviews, develops, and manages client loan portfolio as well as promotes/cross sells other bank products and services to prospective and existing customers to help attain the bank’s objective in terms of growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and other objectives set by management
Achieves revenue goals by approved account planning, account profitability, and risk management metrics
