Branch Managers

Job Schedule:

• Full-time; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• At least 2 Saturdays in a month for Seminars, Trainings, and Workshops

Job Description:

1. Responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the Strategic Banking Unit (SBU) in coordination with the SBU's Branch Operations Officer (BOO);

2. Responsible for maintaining and bringing in new clients and boosting the SBU's deposits and profits;

3. Supervises and monitors BOO in the execution of his/her duties and responsibilities in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and policies of the Bank and/or of the BSP and other government regulatory bodies;

4. Conducts performance appraisal of BOO and recommends training enhancements and personnel rotation, transfer, or promotion when needed;

5. Evaluates monthly reports prepared by BOO prior to submission to the BBG Head;

6. Offers all BOF products to clients which includes deposits, loans, and other services;

7. Ensures the achievement of deposit and loan target;

8. Identifying new and prospective clients for BOF;

9. Responsible in developing effective ways and strategies of implementing and achieving sales target;

10. Acts as the Account officer for new and existing clients;

11. Must ensure that the client loan application has undergone the required credit process of the bank;
